Experienced Lettings/ Office Administrator required part -time for a well established, independent estate agency based in West London.

To be considered for this position, you will need to have:
- Proven experience as a Lettings/ Office Administrator
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Impeccable presentation
- Strong sales skills
- Very good organisational skills
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and Windows - with good typing skills
- Drive, ambition and motivation to be successful in this competitive industry

We are looking for a candidate who is looking to stay/ progress within the property industry. You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise work load and work under own initiative. You must have good communication skills, be well spoken and well presented since you will be dealing with clients. You will be assisting the sales and lettings team within the office, plus general assistance to the Manager. Another key part to this job will involve you having the confidence to sell appointments to prospective buyers and tenants. This is a varied role and will require the successful candidate to have good sales and office skills.

Salary:
£12k - £15k p.a. dependent upon experience.

Hours:
Monday - Wednesday 9.30am - 6pm
