Our Client a world leading Broker is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their busy team in London.

Working under the supervision of the CEO's PA you will carry out all general administration and office procedures to enable the PA to concentrate on executive and strategic support for the CEO

Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Answer telephone and email as required
Prepare responses to routine enquiries
Prepare monthly expense reports for the CEO and COO
Check accuracy of in-coming expense reports for the UK Executive group
Print and file board meeting papers
Arrange meeting rooms and refreshments
Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries
Ensure all visitor details are logged with reception
Conduct visitors from reception to meeting rooms as required
Code invoices and submit for approval
File and retrieve documentation
Print and bind business documents and industry reports as requested
Enter and update contact details on the outlook system
Assist with the organisation of conferences and other business functions
Provide support to the UK Executive PA group as required

Previous office experience would be ideal
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
Professional, confidential and discrete
Highly organised
Able to work under own initiative
Good standard of education
Proficient in MS office packages
