Humres Sales is looking to employ a hungry and dynamic individual to help develop its sales recruitment offering to companies requiring high calibre field sales executives, business developers, sales managers and directors.

Do you think you have what it takes to identify and assess strong sales people and to understand exactly what a sales director is looking for?

We specialise in finding the right people for businesses in niche, technical markets where product knowledge, customer relationships and industry know-how are the keys to sales success.

Making the right connections in these sectors is especially important.

What will the role involve?

You will be working within a team and your day will be split between:

1.Helping fill vacancies in our established client base by headhunting, networking, social network mining, job board search, database search and advertising

2.Proactively promoting experienced Field Sales Executives, Sales Engineers, Area Sales Managers, Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Directors to our current client-base

3.Seeking out new clients and vacancies

These tasks will mostly be carried out over the telephone, with you normally making between 50 and 60 quality calls each day. This should allow you to build firm, long-term relationships with a broad network of companies; after your first three months of training, you will be successfully placing between two and five candidates every month.

The training will be project based and on the job.

All backgrounds will be considered, as with our training and development programme, what we're most interested in is your recruiting potential.

However, we are particularly keen to receive applications from those with backgrounds in Telesales, Field Sales, Internal Sales, Estate Agency and Recruitment.
