Reporting to the Exhibitor Relations Manager, this person will be responsible for providing an full administration, logistics and marketing support for the Global Licensing Group. Key tasks will include;

· Preparing schedules, ensuring all deadlines are communicated and met
· Pre -event Venue administration
· Assistance with exhibitors manuals including contractor liaison, material collation and distribution
· Maintaining in-house databases and spreadsheets
· Deployment and scheduling of HTML e-mails
· Maintenance and fulfilment of media partner agreements
· Maintenance of the advert and insert schedule
· Collating copy and proofing of the show guide and show preview.
· Maintaining contract files and weekly sales reports
· Production of sales promotional pieces
· Packaging and sending out parcels
· Maintaining inventory of office supplies
· Invoice administration

The successful candidate will be highly articulate and possess exceptional organisation and interpersonal skills. S/he will be highly computer literate, with a good working knowledge of database and spreadsheet manipulation. Accuracy and attention to detail will be vital in this role and a methodical approach essential to effectively multi-task projects to ensure that deadlines are met.
