An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as an Event Manager on a highly successful, world leading, international exhibition portfolio. The position involves new business and key account revenue generation with strategic sales and marketing development, sales and marketing team leadership, event content development, budget control and management, providing market/competitor/product & subscriber intelligence, sales reporting and forecasting, management of remotely located sales teams.

As a key member of the team, you are responsible for the tactical implementation, development and hands on management of non-UK exhibitions and the respective sales and marketing teams. You will liaise with the Group's senior management to ensure that the development of the products fit within the strategic objectives of the brand, also providing input into future planning and strategy.

You will work closely with the sales, marketing, finance, operations and content resource both in the UK and the Emerging Markets to deliver agreed targets within time and cost constraints.

You will be a key interface with our global teams ensuring a positive and successful working relationship. P&L management is a pivotal element of the role along with assisting the International & Event Directors in both delivering the required revenue and managing costs effectively to deliver on group bottom line targets.
