Internship description

This role is paid £1,000 per month.

Tasks interns should expect to learn about and undertake would include:-

- You will be is responsible for delivering the company%u2019s sales objectives.

- You will generate client and freelancer interest in the company, manage client relationships and facilitates client-freelancer contracts required to ensure a profitable and sustainable business meeting the company objectives.

- To implement and further develop the sales strategy set by the leadership team.

- To deliver the agreed transaction and sales volume and margin targets.

- To carefully promote and further establish the brand in the marketplace.

- You will use your understanding of the SAP market to develop strategic direction, enhancing relevant market penetration, understanding of customer requirements and optimising transaction and sales volume.

- To develop appropriate measures of business progression and to implement relevant supporting reports.

- To propose to and work with the leadership team to deliver the planning, budget and medium term plan requirements for sales.

- To take accountability for all sales processes and pieces of information required to deliver the principle accountabilities.

- To promote and influence innovative ideas and proposals.

The most suitable intern for this position would have the following:-

- Sales experience, preferably in the IT and, in particular, the SAP (recruiting) market.

- Experience and proven delivery capability within a flexible and self-starter business (start-up) environment.

- Demonstrable track record of delivering successful business development.

- Educated to Masters degree level preferable.

- Excellent sales and negotiating skills and experience of managing, consulting and communicating.

- An understanding of the SAP product portfolio and the SAP/IT industry and, ideally, knowledge of the recruiting mechanisms in this sector.

- Must be strongly customer-focused and action-orientated, able to react quickly to customer and freelancer feedback.

- Ability to influence both internal and external decision makers at various levels of seniority.
