Our blue chip client base continues to expand reflecting our continued success and this has resulted in a recent move to prestigious offices in the City. We are now looking for additional people with the drive and ambition to succeed in the fast moving world of IT recruitment.

Initially your role will be to work in our Candidate Resourcing team alongside a Senior Account Manager where you will be trained in all aspects of IT Recruitment, Candidate Management and Key Account Management. You will be given the opportunity to progress to manage and develop your own accounts and take responsibility for revenue and profitability. You will find our environment refreshing and fun though professional and focused.

You will need to have a background in Recruitment (ideally in IT and/or Telecoms) where you have gained experience as a Resourcer or Researcher and have a track record of sourcing and managing candidates at all levels. An understanding of Microsoft systems (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) would be useful and any experience of working with Recruitment databases or an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be beneficial.
