The Trust is committed to providing high quality integrated health and social care for local people with mental health problems in South West London and more specialist mental health services for people throughout the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Pharmacist.
This varied role includes provision of specialist advice to medical and nursing staff on the use of medicines, participation in ward and clinical pharmacy services, preparation and delivery of training and education sessions to staff both within the pharmacy department and across the Trust, participation in the production of drug treatment guidelines and protocols to promote effective use of medicines within the Trust and participation in general medicines management initiatives & projects.
Along with knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical standards of practice, essential qualities for this post include a post-graduate qualification in clinical/mental health pharmacy or equivalent experience and demonstrable hospital pharmacy experience.
