I have an exciting opportunity for a Systems Operations Manager to join their rapidly expanding team in London

Systems Operations Manager Responsibilities:
* Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organisations mission; specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organisational planning.
* Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services, through improvements to Systems function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
* Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
* Define and implement the business processes required to run 3rd and 4th line support across the Systems estate.
* Manage and coordinate the work of the 3rd Line support team. Ensuring that they conform to Operational Level Agreements.
* Contribute to short and long-term organisational planning and strategy as a member of the management team
* Oversee new releases and system upgrades into the production environment
* Communicating and updating a set of operational systems requirement to engineering and development teams

System Operations Manager:
* Management of business critical enterprise application estates
* IT Systems support and maintenance
* IT Systems strategy
* ITIL experience or qualification
* Background in the telecommunications industry
* Applications support experience of billing & CRM systems
