As a young, fast growth business we have quickly established ourselves as a leading search and selection provider to the vibrant fast moving consumer goods industry. Specialising in recruiting middle to senior management roles, we already work with many of the leading companies in our sector. Due to our expanding sales team we are now looking to recruit an Administrator to grow our Sales Support function.
Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, you will work closely with a team of consultants providing all aspects of administrative support to assist in ensuring all monthly sales targets and objectives are met. This will include dealing with candidate applications, posting vacancies on job boards, confirming interviews, producing high quality documentation and maintaining the accuracy of our candidate database and information sources. In addition to this you will be required to carry out general office tasks to include answering the telephone, meeting and greeting clients and stock control.
Some commercial exposure and experience of working in a fast paced office environment would certainly be advantageous but we would consider entry level candidates who wow us with their strong work ethic and willingness to learn! We are looking for an intelligent and articulate person with high levels of energy. You must be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail to a high standard together with a confident, outgoing personality to fit in with our existing work hard - play hard culture. This is a demanding role managing high volumes of activity so excellent organisational skills and a cheery, calm disposition is essential!! Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and word processing skills are also essential for this role.
