The role of Key Account Manager (Recruitment Advertising) requires candidates with excellent relationship management skills to deliver outstanding levels of service with a strong emphasis on maximising sales opportunities and increasing yield from existing clients with the added ability to identify and generate new business potential from the consultancy sector and other hospitality relevant sectors. The Key Account Manager (Recruitment Advertising) will maximise long term business opportunities through forging close business relationships via the full range of services we can offer.

The successful Key Account Manager (Recruitment Advertising) will enjoy considerable autonomy in their role, building on existing relationships, and driving strategy with each client to ensure we deliver on the overall business strategy. Ongoing support and coaching will be given by the website's management team, and there will be a real chance to contribute to the sales strategy and tactics the business adopts.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish strong strategic partnerships with clients, leading to the positioning of caterer.com as first choice for all current and future hospitality recruitment.
Networking with clients at a senior level to ensure market and customer intelligence are at the standards required by the customer base.
Presentation of propositions, ideas and strategies to senior and board level decision makers.
Offer superb account management leading to high-value, long-term client involvement in job-posting, employer-branding and other ancillary activities on site.
To meet & exceed all business KPI's (Key Performance Indicators). These include: revenue, yield, discount levels, product trials, sales meetings, client numbers
Expected to actively canvass new business whilst ensuring you retain and grow your existing accounts.
Maintain accurate records using our internal database, supporting excellent time management and earning potential.
Delivery of outstanding results against highly challenging targets.
The key objective being to secure and maintain a significant and profitable revenue stream
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

A passion for identifying and winning Business
Proven track record of hitting targets in a fast-moving online business.
Excellent Sales ability both on the telephone and face to face.
A tenacious attitude to sales, and a desire to achieve
First class presentation skills.
First class negotiation skills with experience of contract negotiation at a senior level.
First class planning and organisation skills.
First class verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to acquire and develop working knowledge of the Hospitality market
Focused on maximising personal rewards.
A good understanding of the recruitment business, including the role of the internet.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, preferably in an online media environment but this is not essential if the candidate has strong selling skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Relevant experience in a sales role, preferably in a media, online or recruitment sales environment.
A strong track record of sales success.
A no-nonsense, self-starting approach to territory planning in order to hit targets in a fast-moving online business.
