Job Summary

A commercial and customer focused manager responsible for the strategic management of a prestigious mixed use development in Central London. The role is to work as part of a team to provide a comprehensive and integrated management approach for the operation and management of 62 Buckingham Gate. This will involve providing a responsive, pro-active service to office tenants and retailers and liaising with consultants, suppliers and contractors.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

· To communicate with occupiers on a regular basis on operational issues including formal meetings, establishing effective working relationships

· Oversee all outstanding development issues to ensure that the development delivers the highest standards of customer service and utilises best practice.

· To ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and statutory regulations

· To ensure occupier compliance with regulations and lease covenants

· Financial management to include preparation and presentation of budgets and booklets.

· P & L responsibility for the buildings which will be reviewed on a monthly basis to ensure the position is maximised

· Be responsible for service delivery on site (cleaning, security, maintenance etc) and liaise with the Service team to ensure standards are set and maintained.

· Ensure all service partners are regularly reviewed and the KPI's/SLA's are being managed and monitored.

· To deal with all insurance issues in liaison with the Insurance Department

· To assist in the maintenance of accurate computerised property records including legal transactions

· To report on any potential defects or breaches

· To ensure that staff and service partners provide excellent customer service to visitors and occupiers

· To report on any general matters that may affect the property as a whole

· Liaise with the Local Authority and other community stakeholders

Undertake and perform any other tasks or duties as may be required by whether for personal development or in response to business needs
