Responsibilities
JOB OVERVIEW

MOO has an opening for a temporary customer support representative. This is a part/full time position depending on volume and is for qualified candidates to help with MOO's increased seasonal volumes. The position involves a high level of professionalism, primarily over email, although online chat and phone may be required. A solid background within a customer services environment is a plus. Whilst the position is temporary, there might be an opportunity for permanent work depending on performance and demand.

More specifically, this position will be responsible for:
Responding to customer inquiries via email
Handling enquiries ranging from order status, general product information, technical issues and pricing
Dealing with customer refunds, credits and returns requests
Handling customer escalations in a professional manner and transfer them to appropriate supervisor or peer
Identifying opportunities for site and process improvements and communicating them to supervisor/manager

About you
You have at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
Excellent oral and written skills
Your enthusiasm is infectious
You take initiative and you are decisive
Advanced problem-solving skills
If you speak French/Spanish/German or Italian this would be a plus
You know your way around a PC (internet and email) CMS experience a definite asset.
